Peresphone and Miles at the Zoo

We went to the zoo with Ali, Miles and Sarah. It was so fun to watch Miles and Persephone play together. They really like each other and giggled like crazy. At one point Miles put his arm around Persephone and hugged her it was the best. Then we when to lunch at Chili's which was a mess for the kids. I have never seen anyone gobble down macaroni like Mile's did. We had a great but tiring day. We can't wait to see them again for Halloween!

Pumpkin Carving

Persephone and I finally carved our pumpkin. I really though she was going to love this but when I cut off the lid and told her to start scooping it out she was grossed out. I ended up doing it while she played with the seeds on the table. It was a lot of work but we all enjoyed the finished product. It only last for like three days because I didn't factor in the Utah climate. So, our pumpkin started to rot but we enjoyed it while it was here and next year it will be better!

Playgroup at Vineyard Pumpkin Patch

We finally went to the pumpkin patch. It was so much fun. We got to see animals and play on the slides. After that was over Persephone's sock's were black! Yuck! Then we walked through the corn maze. All in all it was a great experience. At the end we got a pumpkin to take home and carve for Halloween. So fun!

Field Trip!

Persephone's class went on a field trip to the Pleasant Grove Firehouse. She got to see a fire truck and a ambulance. She had a lot of fun. When it was all over she got to walk back to school with her class. It was great!

Orion Walking

Well, he finally did it. He can walk and only after two weeks he has gotten to be pretty good at it. He is still wobbly but is getting much better. He just loves to walk.

Orion's First Birthday

We finally were able to celebrate Orion's 1st birthday. We got together at the Old Spaghetti Factory. Ali and Julie were leaving to go to New York and wanted to see everyone. Persephone and Orion were very tired but had fun. Orion got to have a piece of cake and got a choo-choo train from Jackson and I. He got a book from grandma. It was great to see everyone. Happy 1st birthday Orion.
